Guests are not permitted upstairs.

Please enjoy the entire downstairs! The rental bedroom/bathroom suite is your private space. All other common areas of the first floor are available to guests including the living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry as well as the back patio.

No smoking, vaping, incense, or candles.

Gilbert Birch strives to be a low allergen, low fragrance environment. Please don’t smoke or vape inside or use smoky products like incense or candles.

Lock both front and back doors whenever you are away.

As you exit for the day or at the end of your stay, press the lock button on the keypad.

Only flush body waste and toilet paper.

Please do not flush paper towels, wrappers, or hygiene products. A discreet covered trashcan is provided behind the door of your bathroom. Additionally, small trash bags are available under the bathroom sink for your use.

Makeup removing wipes are available in your bathroom.

Please use as many as you’d like instead of using the white linens. Discard wrappers and wipes in trash; do not flush.
